QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
- Members who have paid their membership fees in full up until this year.
- Participants must have completed registration for this event.
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
- Please complete your tournament registration. (Tournament registration is available here )
- Please create your file according to the following guidelines for abstract submission and 1-minute presentation slide preparation.
- Please send the two files created in step 2 as attachments to the abstract submission address: jscpbwaseda.abst[at]gmail.com(replace [at] with @).
- If processed successfully, you will receive a submission confirmation email. Please be sure to check it.
- If you do not receive the submission confirmation email, please contact the conference secretariat at jscpbwaseda[at]gmail.com (replace [at] with @).
Abstract Submission Format
○precaution
- Presenters who cannot use Japanese, please fill in the Japanese fields in English.
- Submit the Word format file to jscpbwaseda.abst[at]gmail.com (replace [at] with @). Please name the file as “Registration Number_Surname” .(Deadline is Nov. 5)
- Title: Capitalize only the first letter. [except for scientific names] e.g. The cute points of stagnalis
- Author: Place a half-width asterisk [*] at the beginning of the presenter’s name. Use the order first name→surname, with the surname capitalized.
- Author Affiliation: Please enter using abbreviations. Assign sequential numbers corresponding to the author names.
e.g.1: Department of Biology, Waseda University → Dept. Biol., Waseda Univ.
e.g.2: *Hanako WASEDA¹, Taro WASEDA² ¹Dept. Biol., Waseda Univ., ²Dept. Educ., Waseda Univ. - Main body: The maximum number of characters that can be registered is 1,200 half-width characters (including spaces), without line breaks.
- Font size: 10.5 points; Japanese text uses 游明朝, English text uses Times New Roman.
- Applicants for the “Award for Best Article” should mark “〇” in the “Award Application” column and indicate their eligibility (Student or Within 5 years post-Ph.D.).

1-Min TALK
The 1-Min Talk has the goal of encouraging the attendees to visit and discuss your poster.

- Eligible topics: All topics
- Language: English
- Presentation format: On-site, oral presentation of less than one minute, slide format
- Slides: PDF format (landscape 4:3 size), 2 MB or less
- File name: Please use half-width alphanumeric characters and enter [reception number_Surname]
